Appointment was made through the call center. I expressed that I wouldn’t have active insurance through TRICARE United Concordia until Aug. 1st and they said no biggie, just call us to confirm Aug. 1st. Aug. 1st my appointment was canceled so I rescheduled for Aug. 5th. Aug. 4th, I verbally confirmed my appointment with the call center before being transferred to the Balltown Office for further confirmation. The same day, I got a message at 5pm saying I needed to call the office. I called the office on the 5th (day of appointment) and was met by the rudest woman. Wish I heard her name if she said it. Cut me off trying to explain the situation to ask for my name and DOB. Again, tried to explain for her to cut me off and tell me that ONLY ACTIVE DUTY TRICARE members are covered, not spouses or their children. I am unsure how this policy is allowed if I am fully covered by TRICARE United Concordia? When I originally called, I expressed how badly I needed this appointment due to tooth pain and they mentioned no specificities about my insurance. It seems there is improper training and a low bar set for professionalism. Will not be returning or recommending.

The people is very nice. The place is awesome. I’m definitely going to recommend people to go there. It was a great first time experience walked out joyful and happy with the work that was done all the information that I needed. I got it definitely a 10 Star Dental place to go to.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facility is new, clean and modern. I wish they were able to accommodate my pain needs more effectively but it is what it is.

My experience at Aspen thus far has been outstanding. The level of care and customer service shown is all that I hoped for and more. The ladies at the front desk and billing are quite helpful. I have had 3 processes done across 2 visits, and so far, all 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental Albany, NY

Terrible scam And service prices are terrible 😞 i wasted my time going every week to check dentures measure 📏 they made a terrible job very loose and wobbly i I was paying $6000 thousands for it and omg 😱 I was scared when they showed me the new dentures I told the dr I want my money back , DR was nice he wants to make it again from the scratch but I said not way i want my money back they was charging me 6 thousands dollars for SIGNATURE elite denture that was terrible 😞 i only wasted gas ⛽️ and my time going there every week .. please if you wants to get a new dentures please find the correct place , when i went for first time the girl in the front desk she said some many good things about signature elite dentures so I was like ok if they will do a good job then ok I will pay the amount $6000 dollars also she told me oh laboratory will be in contact with you to check the job , teeth 🦷 , color and everything . I never received any call from the laboratory. DR was nice and very understanding.
